That's what I call an All Star lineup! Couldn't you drag Jo Nesbo and Leif GW Persson down to Crime Fest in Bristol next year?
ReplyDeletegot my membership card ready and my programme all marked already. I almost hope I don't get a job before then!!!
ReplyDeleteI went to buy Craig Robertson's Random for the Kindle and forgot the title. In my haste I bought something called Steam by a different author of the same name, listed alongside Random. Wanted crime, got *very* explicit erotica. Next time I'll read the synopsis. Still, might as well get my money's worth!

PS Will arrange visit imminently..
Wow, that's a heck of a line-up. Wish I was over your way. Puts our local Auckland Writers Festival, which is great in so many other ways, to shame. This year the only crime writing event was Michael Connelly (admittedly, a fantastic event) - our festival concentrates much much more on literary fiction, non-fiction writing, short story writers etc. Ignores most of the 'genre' stuff.
ReplyDeleteGlad you found some children's events, too! But did you have to mention that Docx person?
ReplyDeleteTotally incredible! Don't lose your will to live over a blog post, need you to attend these events and give us some reports! :o)
